We have done an intervention at IT company in Pune. There was feeling there may be probs affecting performance appraisals. HR said no probs as appraisals only for development. We saw data based on surname. There were langauge groups !! T-test. X-Ray !!
Then we did one on one with employees. Manager did not tell his info to employee - he acted like hidden CCTV camera. Employee lying got caught !! Then they all said we will not do language prob !! Give us trust system back
